We support both UK and ROI legislation. For the UK average holiday pay is a complex area of payroll with recent case law (e.g. Harper Trust v Brazel) adding further complexity. Zellis HCM Cloud handles it efficiently.
We calculate the average weekly pay based on the last 52 paid weeks, ensuring the correct weeks are excluded from the AHP calculation when certain absences are taken for the whole work week. Zellis HCM Cloud generates the weekly AHP based on the weekly tax calendar instead of the employee's actual pay frequency and exclude weeks where there is no pay.
Zellis Payroll supports compliant reporting for both the UK and ROI legislation. Organisations with 250 or more employees are required to publish information showing whether there is a difference in pay between the average (mean or median) earnings of men and women across a workforce.

Most credit applications require income and employment verification. Work Report securely collects and shares the minimum amount of information needed for the application. Your people can therefore carry out applications quickly and accurately, without worrying about sharing additional personal data unnecessarily.
MyPay Pro helps reduce the number of queries your team has to deal with by breaking down net pay, gross pay, and deductions in your employee dashboard.

Our customers are subject to a wide range of statutory reporting requirements. This applies across employers with reporting to tax authorities in the UK and Ireland and other jurisdictions. Most customers are also required to do Gender Pay Gap reporting and many also have to carry out CEO Pay Ratio reporting.
