The system review provides advice and guidance from our expert consultancy team to identify and rectify key problem areas or enhance functionality within your Zellis HCM Cloud system and improve your processes and procedures.
The Zellis Approach
Our consultants will hold an investigative workshop with you to understand the key problem areas/challenges or areas of improvement with your Zellis HCM Cloud.
Following the workshop we will agree, document, and prioritise these issues/challenges and, where appropriate, pass these to a subject matter expert to investigate.
Our team of technical consultants will spend time with you to review your system configuration in the identified areas and work with you to deliver any quick wins or provide recommendations on how the system should be configured to resolve the identified issues/challenges and maximise the use of your technology, reducing manual effort and risk.
Following the system review our consultants will provide updated documentation to include their findings and include recommendations for any more complex resolutions or enhancements.
The duration of your review will be scoped with you, dependant on your business size and complexity.
