Keeping your system running at its most optimal level requires periodic housekeeping.
Introducing the Zellis System Health Check
The system health check will assess the health of your current instance, in the areas of housekeeping and core functionality. It will identify opportunities to improve the performance of your system by:
removing old and/or temporary data no longer required to be held
turning on core functionality that will speed up the processing of calculations, or enable them to run in the background
The Zellis Approach
Our consultants will complete a benchmarking exercise to understand your starting point. Following this exercise our consultant assess your level of housekeeping and use of core functionality and provide you with a report detailing your health score and remediations. Following the remediations a second benchmarking exercise will be completed to identify the level of improvements and your new health score.
The fees for the system health check will be invested on the basis that you / Zellis undertake the remediations within a reasonable timeframe; three months.
After the three month period, a progress review is undertaken and if the remediations in scope have not been implemented then a one-day fee will be charged.
