Danone UK and Ireland are one of the top ten food and drink companies with around 1800 employees. Having already implemented Zellis solutions for payroll, Danone UK and Ireland have also been using SAP SuccessFactors to manage their HR operations for many years.
The lack of integration between the two systems meant that fixed data such as position, salary, hours worked, contract/permanent had to be added twice. Not only creating more work for the teams, but manually inputting the data twice left more room for errors and duplication of information.
As a valued Zellis customer, Danone was invited to take part in the pilot for the SAP SuccessFactors connector. The project aimed to create an interface between the popular HR system and Zellis payroll, mapping fields so that information would only need to be inputted once.
Danone UK & Ireland required a highly specific connector which would be powerful enough to eventually become crucial for their operations.
