Getting started.
This all sounds interesting; how would we get started?
The four step engagement process could not be simpler.
Step 1: You will receive a warm welcome from our AMS team who will help you get started with the services, walk you through what to expect, and show you how to use our customer help centre to support your interactions with the team.
Step 2: We will perform an initial systems health baseline assessment (refreshed annually thereafter) and create a recommended action plan with an agreed set of priorities to help you quickly start taking advantage of our services.
Step 3: Zellis commits to implement the systems health recommendations over the first quarter, sharing results with you as we go and importantly we will be running the day-to-day service, instantly freeing up capacity from your organisation.
Step 4: We promise to maintain top quartile health so that your systems are always operating optimally. We will spend quality time with you during our quarterly service reviews which aren’t just about how you use the service but also bring you insights, recommendations, and plans that can continuously iterate your solutions and take advantage of the features from our roadmap.
