Key transformation objectives
The White Company, luxury UK retail brand with 1,600 employees rising to 2,100 during the festive season, started its HR transformation journey in April 2019.
The people team set out to replace their legacy HR system and poor-quality outsourced payroll model with a solution that improved both their processes and employee experience.
The four main aims of the project were to:
Provide an end-to-end digital experience for their employees
Enable efficient management of teams by providing managers with digital tools
Replace their bureau payroll model with a quality in-house team, to rid regular payslip errors
Implement a cost-effective solution to deliver long term value
