Tell us about your work at Zellis
My role is to architect and develop automation solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform, primarily Power Automate, for our customers and for Zellis itself.
It's about creating powerful, almost limitless automation opportunities to reduce or eliminate manual business processes.
We're also delivering our accelerator package for customers to unlock the benefits faster. First we understand their requirements, then design and implement solutions.
We aim to surface data that was previously inaccessible and calculate the return on investment for our customers.
What do you enjoy the most?
The hands-on aspects, especially perfecting solutions for specific goals or outcomes.
I love using the connectors we've made available to show just how powerful the Power Platform is.
It's incredibly satisfying to deliver solutions that customers have been seeking for years. The look on people's faces when you've delivered something they've been after for such a long time is very rewarding.”
How did you get to this point in your career?
After 14 years in compliance and regulatory audit management, I retrained in 2020, taking Microsoft qualifications and getting recognised as a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional), before joining Zellis this year. ■
